A significant part of One Mama Midwife’s classes focuses on partners and their key role in the entire journey. Emphasizing the importance of partners attending antenatal classes, Loz shared various practical ways partners can support each other after birth. The chat concluded with a valuable piece of advice shared by Loz; to lean on the support of friends and family more than we usually do. In her words, babies are a group project that involves the wider community and family unit.
