The team unpacks the daring heist, the massive police manhunt, and the extraordinary story of Ronnie Biggs, whose dramatic prison escape and decades on the run made him one of Britain's most notorious criminals. 🍳 Living Skillfully tackles a challenge many young people face when leaving home: how to shop, cook, and eat well on a budget. The team shares supermarket tips, affordable meal ideas, and money-saving strategies before chatting with Maria Mitchell from the Ulladulla Community Resource Centre about the local Food Store, food assistance programs, and how the community can support people doing it tough. It's an episode full of practical advice, fascinating stories, and real conversations about community, sustainability, and everyday life. Youthlocal is a Dunn Lewis Foundation youth program designed to develop youth confidence, interpersonal skills, media literacy, and community connections.
