Today's guest is Ashley Searing. She teaches kindergarten and owns RejuveNate - Plants & Wellness. RejuveNATE debuted in July 2020 after she lost her brother Nate to mental illness in February 2020. After Nate passed, she wanted to do something to reach people who may also struggle with similar things in their life so she created RejuveNate. They therapeutically hand-paint all the pottery that comes out of the shop and pair them with plants to bring awareness to mental health & to instill positive outlets into people's lives to combat symptoms. Ashley shares her story and some tangible advice for simple self-care and mental health aids. We get a little spiritual and discuss the signs we get from the "other side", and overall just keep it real and raw about mental health.
