Descripción

In this episode we discuss the power that relationships have on us. They have the power to alter our perceptions, our beliefs and our final decisions. I read on tumblr years ago that thee most powerful drug for a human being is another human being. People provide something that tangible things just don't and that is people have the ability to make us feel incredible or utterly miserable. It's up to us to know that our power will always be within US and not within other people. The magic you are searching for is found within you. You are supposed to fill your own cup and others compliments, gifts and attention are the overflow. But it isn't required to fill your cup because you did that yourself. This episode is all about picking people who inspire YOU to be better therefore bettering OTHERS around you.

Welcome My Boys, Shut Up and Don't Get Mad

My name is Nicole, otherwise known as Nick or Nick the Chick on TikTok. I began my journey on TikTok and started posting videos because I was going through a horrible breakup, self esteem issues, and incredibly low self worth and I was learning and feeling so much that watching TikTok videos brought me so much comfort and knowledge. I was changing and learning so much that I wanted to reply/stitch videos that were pertaining to my situation and Nick the Chick was born. I became your bro that would give it to your straight, not sugar coat anything but also remind you that you can restore anything thats's happen to you (if you ask God it will get done faster) for a better. How do I know that? Because that's what happened and is happening to me. I actually love myself, love life and love people. Not all day, everyday BUT EVERY SINGLE DAY. So I figured why keep this knowledge and experimental wisdom to myself when I can help? Thats what this podcast is, a safe place where you can be yourself but you WILL be called out if being yourself means hurting others and others also includes YOURSELF. When I was growing up we had spots called Kick Backs where you went to a trusted friends house and hung out in their backyard, garage or living room and thats where the best memories, the best talks and life changing arguments were made. It was the spot where being a good person and doing the right things isn't juts something you should do, its required. Let's grow and fun together and be friends in the process. Welcome my boy! You're accepted and safe here.
