🎉 Another Year Older, Still Trying To Be Slinky By Tuesday! 🎉 This week in the Trinderverse, Katie and Lucy are celebrating birthdays, (well Lucy is and Katie is helping), surviving the weekly weigh-in, and trying out the local sound bath. There’s plenty of birthday chat, the usual Slinky By Tuesday progress report and excitement as we look ahead to our upcoming event with the brilliant Sam McAlister, the woman behind THAT interview with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
