Descripción

Join us on a trip to New Barns Farm in Kent. Run as a regenerative dwelling, vineyard and HQ of Luxury Goods company, Elvis & Kresse. Nick tours around the grounds with Elvis and hears about the ‘B Corp’ movement and purposeful work from Kresse as one of the founding companies in the UK (Elvis & Kresse). Finally, Nick runs through some of the production tips and techniques that went into the production of the visit to New Barns Farm, and this style of on-location shoot. Tips: 1. Make the most of your shoot day. Think about reusable assets and future proofing your content as much as possible. 2. Repurpose your content across relevant channels in different formats to get the most from your investment. Don't be tempted to jump on social media trends that don't fit. 3. Poor audio is less tolerable than poor visuals. Use on-person mics when your subjects are moving around. Particularly if you can't get close enough to your subject with a camera based microphone. Bonus tip when filming a static two person interview.: Get a perceived three camera setup using only two cameras. One static wide shot, and a 'whip pan' between people when they speak on the second camera. Hide the movement during the pan in your final edit.
