I'm back! I'm so excited to be on the mic again after a much needed break. A lot has happened since December 23' and I'm here to catch you all up on all of the things. Let me tell ya, it's been a whirlwind of events and January was not how I planned the beginning of 2024 to look like. Though, John 16:33 tells us that this life on earth isn't easy and we will face trials of many kind. It's through the trials that we lean in more & trust that the Lord has a plan, always. Step Into The New Year The Right Way

The time has come... finally! My first guests on the Smile for 2 Minutes Podcast, my parents. It was so fun being able to just sit down at home with my mom and dad and chit chat. Navigating the Holiday Season

If you have a bad relationship with food & your body, you're probably feeling overwhelmed and a little anxious right now. I get it, I have been there MANY of times. But I am here to help!
