Episode 10: So in Flow with Vicki Rogers, Founder of My Kind Yoga and Wellbeing Vicki is a Professional Social Worker who discovered the beautiful power of wellbeing practices in pursuit of finding a more peaceful flow in a busy, stressful life. This led to the inception of her business, My Kind Yoga and Wellbeing, where she shares various disciplines of yoga, sound healing and reiki in her own holistic and unique style, whilst also drawing upon Social Work and Coaching based principles. Vicki built her own toolkit of strategies to support and manage overwhelm, stress and anxiety, which include writing poetry and cold water therapy. Vicki first dipped her toes into the salty waters of the Ayrshire Coast with a friend. She became hooked and began leading pre- dip sessions with a local club. This involved guiding women of all communities and backgrounds through breathwork, meditation and yoga before bracing the cold water.
