Sober Is Sexy

I just wrapped up celebrating Pride 2023 & it was hands down my best Pride yet! I asked myself why & it hit me... I did the entire weekend SOBER! In this episode, I break down how my relationship with alcohol has severely changed within the last year & how I have been slowly weening myself away.  There are a lot of reasons as to why I believe we drink but it got to a point where my anxiety/depression episodes were spiraling out of control due to hangovers & alcohol bringing them forth.  I now live a sober life & LOVE IT.  I share the positive effects I have personally experienced since I stopped drinking both physically/mentally. I also share my fun tricks that I do while I'm out to still enjoy myself, feel involved in the party & help with my social anxiety.  This episode isn't to shame anyone for drinking or make anyone feel less than.  I am sharing this episode to empower others who may be sober curious & have been wanting to take the plunge.
