I Want it All

In this episode I'm given the green light to share a few messages I've been receiving especially this I Want it All energy. The idea of not having to settle or choose, that we can actually obtain all our heart's desires and not struggle while doing it. That there is a new energy coming in that allows us to live the lifestyle we desire all while being abundant and not burnt out. A lifestyle that supports our family life and brings us joy. This is a lifestyle that has not been shown to us so someone has to go first and all of those on Mission need to be brave and go first to figure this out and show the way. Doing it Scared

In this episode I talk about how beliefs and fears we've had for years and years get carried in our cells so even as you start to overcome fears and rewrite stories you are still going to be scared. Our nervous system and cells carry these emotions we've housed for all the years so you don't wake up one day completely healed and ready to go. You have to move so slowly and take baby steps and let your nervous see it's safe. That you can embody a new belief and story and that nothing bad happens when you do. It's a process and journey, one of which should not be rushed or underestimated. I share my fear of being seen in this episode and my personal journey of rewriting my story and feeling safe to do so. Fears can have many layers so be patient with yourself and just know that you can show up and do it scared. Everything will be ok!!! XOXOXO

The Journey of Rewriting your Story
