This was all about being fully seen, exactly as you are.  Fully owning your expression, and allowing your body to move in a way that feels fun.  In a way that FEELS good to you.  We wanted to remind you that it is not about cutting the best shapes, or following a specific routine. A Mental Health & Anxiety Coach who shoots straight & cuts out the fluff, exactly what we want! Anna shares her deeply moving story where she was once suffering with crippling panic disorder which had started to take over her life! So much so her life was becoming smaller & smaller. She couldn't see a way out. She almost gave up. Until she discovered the Three Principles... that's where everything shifted. The clouds parted, allowing the light to shine through. She realized that wellbeing isn’t something we have to chase, fix, or hack… it’s something we already are.
