This week at Soulfully Yours, we will be discussing about the pros and cons of our current education system. We have invited a beautiful soul Faiza Mubeen to share with us the roadmap of how we can bridge the gap between conventional and skill based education. She is also an author and motivational speaker and has managed to inspire countless people and specializes in career counseling, social-emotional up-building, and professional development for educators. Her expertise and experience are an added fascination to her methods and make her a sought-after speaker. Known for her vibrant personality, she has significantly enjoyed her journey of leading hundreds of educators and learners. As a seasoned coach and educator, Faiza’s drive to help educators and learners reach their maximum potential led her to create an organization The Well-Being Room, that offers training programs, counseling support, and career guidance. She has an impressive track record 18 years specifically in the Gulf Region and Germany of delivering exceptional training to the audience from different backgrounds specially in the area of academics, social well-being, and positive discipline management. Her commitment to the transformation of education along with well-being has placed her in various leadership roles. While becoming staunch in the challenging world, her resilient and powerful presence has inspired growth in multiple lives. Faiza carries a Master’s Degree in International Education Management from Pädagogische Hochschule, Ludwigsburg along with another Post Graduate degree in Mass Communication.
