Sound Without Sight podcast
In this episode, we welcome gaming accessibility consultant, SightlessKombat, who shares examples of some of the audio innovations that are improving access to video games. He shares clips showing how sound cues, narration and audio description are used to enable blind players to navigate and interact within game worlds and menus, as well as to support combat and driving. SK also answers questions from our community. This podcast was recorded live, as part of the Sound Without Sight Monthly Meet-up for August 2025. If you’re listening to the audio-only podcast, there is also a video version on YouTube [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fgeXBvti6K0]. We hope you enjoy!
