On Monday 6, 2025 I was conducting a routine patrol during my grave yard shift in the area between Beech Street and Pine Street, when I observed Suspect/Arrestee Zeigler Brian (Redacted) disregarded at stop sign at Oak Street. I then started to follow the Vehicle (Black 2020 Chevrolet Malibu) with Arkansas Plates (AET02U) and then soon attempted to conduct a traffic stop with the vehicle when the vehicle stopped at the stop sign at 3rd of Oak. At this time while the vehicle was stopping the driver Mr. Zeigler had plenty of time to notice the police was trying to conduct a traffic stop with blue lights indicating to pull over some were safe.Mr. Zeigler stated that he never even notices me behind him until we both made it to the area of the Cap Gates Rodeo Arena on Maple Street of East 3rd Avenue. I finally get Mr. Zeigler pulled over at the corner of Maple Street of East 3rd Avenue. As I approach the vehicle from the driver’s side to make contact with Mr. Zeigler, I observed an empty orange pill bottle laying in the middle console that was prescribe to Mr. Zeigler that was for Blood Pressure. Mr. Zeigler did inform me that it was medication for his Blood Pressure. I then asked for Mr. Zeigler drivers’ information and while waiting to receive the documents, I sense an odor of Alcohol from Mr. Zeigler especially when Officer Terrell was on scene to conduct a Field Sobriety Test for Mr. Zeigler. Mr. Zeigler admitted to drinking an alcoholic beverage at a party Mr. Zeigler attended. The Field Sobriety test was conducted by Officer Terrell including; the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, One-leg stand test, and Walk-and-turn test. During each test there were at least five or more clues indicating that Mr. Zeigler might be above the legal alcohol consumption limit.Crossett Police Department to performed a Breath Test on the Breathalyzer Instrument. Mr. Zeigler did submit to our test that was given by Operator Officer Grier. Mr. Zeigler was above legal limit with final results of .204 with also taking medication that might have cause some drowsy difficulties to Mr. Zeigler. Monticello FF Responding To Abandoned Trailer Fire On E Bolling Ave 04/21/26

At 6:25 pm Monticello Arkansas Fire Department was paged out to an abandoned trailer fire behind a house on E Bolling Ave. Dispatch advised responding firefighters that the trailer was abandoned per callers.
