It's a movement that promotes acceptance of all bodies, regardless of size, shape, skin tone, gender, and physical abilities. Still, there remain misconceptions about what body positivity means and its true impact. That's where Ms. Sharon Dumas comes in. Sharon started the non-profit Full and Fabulous 40 years ago. The non-profit organization is dedicated to the empowerment of curvy-plus-sized young women. Dumas says no young lady or woman of any ethnicity will ever be excluded from her program.
