Hmmm... I share some life updates with work, baby shower, and parenting preparations. Summer opens up different dimensions of yourself: meet new people, more events, times of wild transformation. Spring is the opening up time; the bloom. Reflect on… where you are, who you are, and who you are on the path to become.

Episode 33: Purple, Stuffed Animals & Messaging

While I sip a purple leaf white tea cake called Purple Love Bunny with of course a purple bunny on the wrapper, I sit with my stuffed animal friend Bunny and discuss the very interesting world of media. How great it is to have stuffed animal friends. Perhaps it’s to keep me grounded in my creativity and inner child magic. Well, it’s not for any purpose at all, really. I simply love her and everyone else. They’re sweet and cuddly. That’s more than I can say for most humans. Further on I discuss media, politics and business messaging. How do we really arrive at “fact” when there is so much opinion involved (especially in the relaying of news)? When figuring out our messaging, WHICH message do we think is the most descriptive? I discuss MeccaTea and how I want to present it. Well, it means something different in many different contexts. Which mood I’m in, which products and services I’m offering, which audience I am appealing to. In most cases, I just decide to be myself, because I as Rachelle Mecca am the presence behind “MeccaTea”. Authenticity is always the answer. Some more discussion on my upcoming membership called Human Error. Who it’s for, why it is becoming, and what experiences you will get from it. As they say, “You must love others before you love yourself.” But Valentines is often when we choose to externalize our love: to impress or show gratitude for a lover. Episode 30: Aquarius Time & Your Host Turns 30!

Are you feeling the spirit of the season? It’s Aquarius time! For me, there’s 3 new years: The calendar, beginning of Aquarius, and the Chinese New Year (which in 2026 is close to the start of Pisces, which is interesting!) Also, Aquarius begins my (Rachelle’s) birthday, on January 22nd. So basically if you celebrate my birthday with me, you are also celebrating in Aquarius energy. While you’re having tea with me, remember to pause, be with yourself, be in the moment… and maybe let yourself have a little cry as I process my transition from my 20’s to my 30’s. Exciting, brand new adventures await me. A life I have been working towards will surely arrive in full bloom. Still, grief and rebirth are all parts of it. I question how far we can go to simply arrive back at who we are at the core. The journey of the beginner’s mind. Even when you’re not aware of parts of yourself, they always remain with you, welcoming you back home. A big life announcement on this episode: I’m pregnant!
