In this episode, we continue our journey through the 8 limbs of yoga; moving from inner foundation into embodied practice. If you haven’t listened to Part 1, I recommend starting there as we walk through the first two limbs that shape how we live and relate. Here, we step into limbs 3–8: • Asana (movement) • Pranayama (breath) • Pratyahara (turning inward) • Dharana (focus) • Dhyana (meditation) • Samadhi (union with God) This is where it all begins to come together. We explore how movement becomes more than exercise, how breath becomes more than automatic, and how stillness becomes a space to meet with God.

In this episode, we begin a deeper look at the 8 limbs of Yoga, not just as a philosophy, but as a pathway to wholeness, living more fully connected in your body and your spirit. I start by breaking down what the 8 limbs actually are and why they were never meant to be practiced in isolation, but as a whole way of living. Then we move into the first two limbs: • Yamas – how we relate to others • Niyamas – how we tend to our inner life We walk through each of their five branches and what they can look like in real, everyday life. This episode is about laying the foundation, the heart work, the inner alignment, and the choices that begin to shape how we live. In Part 2, we’ll continue into the remaining limbs and explore how this inner work becomes something we embody through movement, breath, and deeper connection with God.
