This week on Splash of Gas, Dave is joined once again by Tyler Truex for the weekly update following a wild Garden State Classic at Wall Stadium. After a hectic week of preparation, Tyler rolled out the No. 69 Modified for one of the toughest races on the schedule—a grueling 125-lap battle that tested drivers, equipment, and tire management. From a strong qualifying effort and a top-five starting spot to battling early race balance and long-run tire falloff, Tyler walks us through how the race unfolded from inside the cockpit. The night didn't come without adversity, as an on-track incident forced the team to regroup and fight their way to the finish.
