Jim Trotter reported on May 15th that the NFL owners are set to vote next week on a resolution to the disparity of minorities in both the head coaching and GM roles. This resolution includes an incentive based system for the NFL clubs. In this episode, we will dive into the what these incentives are, as well as my thoughts on the vote in whole.
