The NFL Draft is over and so is the Sportzball season :(((

Why does everything have to come to an end?? The NFL season, bottles of wine, TV shows, and this Sportzball season. Sportzballers, how can the crew thank you enough?? Well Des and Drew will certainly try but first they have to give their takes on the 2026 NFL Draft. After Drew goes over the Dolphin’s 3,004 draft picks and Des addresses the 3 Broncos picks (both those numbers are an exaggeration, sort of) the crew dives into all the draft news including Fernando Mendoza, Ty Simpson, Uar Bernard, and all the other tear jerkers and surprises.    BUT THEN, to bring this season to close, Des and Drew look back at all the amazing moments from the NFL season, the Broncos and Dolphins seasons, and the Sportzball season as a whole. The Penner Sports Group buys in on the Colorado Rockies and is De’Von Achane leaving the Dolphins too??

Des has a mortal enemy (again) and is this the very last time Drew talks about Tua?

After the insanity of our last episode with the Jaylen Waddle trade, this week is gonna be a chill one, right? WRONG! The Des and Drew barely had time to wipe the sleep from their eyes and drink their coffee before the NFL world came slamming into focus because that’s right - Jaylen Waddle is headed to the Denver Broncos. And that means it’s basically just Devon Achane and Malik Willis on the team. Ravens don’t want Maxx Crosby, Dolphins want Malik Willis, and the Broncos… don’t want anything.

Ok so Des and Drew tried to take a week off but in the middle of free agency might have not been the best time to take a break. Oh well, lesson learned. What in the hell has the last 72 hours been like in free agency?? Maxx Crosby was traded to the Ravens OH WAIT never mind the Ravens backed out. Was it just a regular failed physical or was something more sinister going on and why is Jerry Jones always in the middle of it?   Then the crew discusses how the Broncos basically aren’t doing anything except keeping their own players which is fine but not exciting.
