We start by lighting a candle together and using slow, intentional breathing to ground into the body, steady the mind, and build a supportive circle of light. From that calm space, I guide you into a gentle past life meditation designed to help you listen to what your body has been trying to say, especially if you’re carrying a sensation, emotion, or trigger that feels bigger than the moment you’re in. Archangel Michael brings us into the Akashic Library, a visualization of the Akashic Records where past-life experiences are held as “books” of the soul. Archangel Raphael then brings heart-centered compassion and protective healing light into the guided journey. Bringing this information into our consciousness, then allows us to move into a journaling activity of reflection questions to integrate what you discovered during the guided meditation.
