Descripción

This week we stepping into a heavier conversation. From the tragic Arcadia Lake shooting to the pressure of social media, we’re talking about why small situations turn violent so fast nowadays. Is it pride? Ego? Attention? Or have people become too comfortable with chaos? We discuss: • Why people feel the need to “prove something” • Social media & performative aggression • Violence becoming normalized • Survivor trauma & public safety • Accountability in today’s culture Some conversations are uncomfortable… but necessary. #StayOutTheKitchen #Podcast #HotOffTheStove #ArcadiaLake #ViolenceCulture #RealTalk #BlackPodcast #TrendingTopics

Everybody Not Built For This Kitchen

This week on Stay Out The Kitchen, we’re talking about what happens when your life finally starts cooking. Everybody supports the dream… until the recipe actually works. We’re breaking down: • Outgrowing friendships • Silent competition • Fake support • Energy shifts after success • Loyalty vs self-growth • Why everybody can’t stay in your kitchen during your next season Main Question: “Do you believe everyone can go to the next level/season with you?” Key Line: People love your potential until your potential becomes proof. Some people get inspired by your growth. Others get intimidated by it. Either way… the kitchen always exposes the real. #StayOutTheKitchen #Podcast #EverybodyCantStayInTheKitchen #Growth #Success #Friendships #Motivation #SelfGrowth #PodcastClips

Ep. 8: You Worried About Beef? We Focused On Bread | Too Old To Be Fighting

This week in the kitchen, we had to address something a lot of people still stuck in… fighting. At some point, throwing hands stops being “standing on business” and starts looking like a lack of growth. We talked about how fighting has become normalized—even glorified—but in reality, it’s raggedy, risky, and can cost you way more than it’s worth. Now don’t get it twisted… we kept it real. There are situations where defending yourself or someone you love makes sense. But most of the time? It’s ego, pride, and misplaced energy. We’re not teenagers anymore. We got responsibilities, goals, reputations, and real-life consequences to think about. So instead of fighting people… why aren’t we fighting for our friendships? for our relationships? for the people who actually matter? This episode is about growth, self-control, and knowing what’s actually worth putting your energy into. Because being grown isn’t about who you can beat up… it’s about what you can walk away from.
