This an emotional one for me… very much so. I don’t really know how I am going to keep going but I hope I do.

I had therapy today and it was emotional. I found some quotes that really resonated with me and share my thoughts and feelings that I felt with them.

I might periodically share these. I’ve been journaling a lot to get things out and this seemed like one I should share. Just remember, you are not alone, you are not a failure if you struggle.

Episode 2 - I still struggle

This is not the exact topic I wanted for today, but it’s real and it’s life. I am still struggle with daily life. It’s not all rainbows and butterflies, but we still need to remember, the sun will rise again tomorrow. We can always start again. .

Episode 1 - Then and Now

A lot of these episodes I will go back and fourth between then and now. Here is the first episode I start to delve into things.
