For our first ep of the month we have the lovely Lauren Fondriest, a dating coach who found love through her own journey of self reflection and self love. Lauren and I talk about dating intentionally, being the energy you want to attract, and so much more. Lauren Fondriest is a Women’s Dating Coach who helps single millennial women date with intention to find their dream partner. She’s a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation who’s been executive coaching in the corporate world and last year launched her business focused on dating.
