As President, he helped turn Mojave from a passion project into an award-winning microphone company that has earned multiple NAMM TEC Award nominations, including a win for the MA-37. Throughout his career, Dusty has worked as a producer, engineer, mixer, and bassist, with credits spanning roots rock, Americana, country, and rock music.
