Welcome to the first episode of Summoning Strength! As we note, we're going through a rebrand. In this episode, we talk a bit on the idea behind training 'mesocycles' - or 'blocks' as I often refer to them - and how they're utilized in our programming to create a year-round training methodology centered on total athleticism.
