Why Tummy Time is so Important! w/ Jaidyn Johnson

Jaidyn Johnson is an Occupational Therapist, specializing in helping young children reach milestones. So much of a child's development starts with "tummy time" where a child learns how to move their head, then push up with their hands and arms, which leads to rolling over and eventually sitting up and crawling. Without the fundamental development skills, children can fall behind on "milestones" that could hinder learning and social skills in the future.
