Most clients notice shifts in about three sessions (heart-wall work often takes five to six), and transformations can be profound—think fear of flying resolved after three sessions. With English as her fourth language, Kuve describes her writing ritual—handwriting first, then dictating to transcribe, and editing for flow. Over 12 years in practice, she’s gathered insights on common heart-wall emotions (like love unreceived, betrayal, and insecurity) and how certain emotions often map to organs (for example, anger with the liver/gallbladder).
