North Carolina’s 121st Speaker of the House Destin Hall, R-Caldwell [https://www.ncleg.gov/Members/Biography/H/719], is committed to lower taxes, limited government, and conservative values and principles, according to his campaign website [https://www.destinhall.org/]. He represents the 87th district, which includes Caldwell and Watauga counties. This is his fifth term in the House, serving since the 2017-18 session of the legislature. He was first elected in 2016 at the age of 29.
