Talk Therapy To Me
This week on Talk Therapy To Me, we are joined by Anastasia Rose Le (she/her), Deputy Chair of the Victorian Pride Centre, governance leader, and 2025 Victorian Honour Roll of Women Change Agent. Together, we explore what it means to speak up in ways that create change. We discuss accountability versus punishment, intention versus impact, emotional intelligence, social media call-out culture, public visibility, shame, anger, repair, and the role of community care in difficult conversations. How do we advocate for justice without reproducing harm? How do we balance truth-telling with responsibility? And what happens when speaking up becomes more about performance than change? A thoughtful conversation about ethics, advocacy, community accountability, and using our voices to build safer and more connected communities. So much to learn, and so much more to discuss and reflect on. The post Speaking Up: In Service of Change or in Service of Attention?
