Garry Shears spent the first 5 years of his life in Lomond, Newfoundland and Labrador, before moving to the community of Rocky Harbour, and eventually to Cow Head.   Listen in to hear about the plethora of local materials used in tying flies; crossing the flat top ferry to travel up the Northern Peninsula; and the history of fly fishing in Newfoundland.   Hosted by Olivia Ball. Hayward Osmond grew up in Silver Point, Newfoundland and Labrador. His family have a long history in the region, with his oldest uncle having been born here in the 1870's.
