I go into the ins and out of what to expect when you are first going through school and what to avoid. Hey guys! so in today episode I talk about social anxiety in high school and how hard it is to open up in some cases.As well as some personal stories of mine. I talk by myself in todays episode mostly because I wanted you guys to have connect with me and just have a chill podcast for the beginning of the school year.
