In Part 2 of our Rivka Imeinu classes, we explore what it truly means to be an Eishes Chayil—not just doing good for one’s husband, but maintaining inner steadiness and integrity regardless of circumstances. Through the lens of Rivka’s life, we examine the four qualities that returned to Sarah’s tent when Rivka entered it: Divine presence, warmth and hospitality, financial integrity and bracha, and enduring shalom bayis. We discuss how environment shapes us, how surrounding ourselves with kedusha strengthens our relationships, and how small, consistent acts build greatness over time. Most powerfully, we learn from Rivka’s restraint—her ability to hold painful knowledge, disagree with her husband, and still preserve dignity, kindness, and peace. This episode is about emotional discipline, intuition, and partnering with Hashem so that our reactions come from strength rather than hurt. Consistency in marriage is not personality—it is avodah.
