Forgive and Forget (An Almost-Unrealistic Cliche Phrase) EP 1

I personally don't like the concept of the phrase 'forgive and forget' because how am I even meant to just 'forget' when I'm not suffering from amnesia?😅 So yeah I think that's a valid reason for me to term the phrase as 'Almost unrealistic'. I also feel like some people feel so bad that their forgiveness might not be enough because they still can't 'forget' the incidence even though they've forgiven and that doesn't seem fair to me🙁 This episode is starting with an intro from voice notes by Mo, David,Ewanose,My big sis MJ and my boss, Soltz and the host, Estilo will be discussing the issue of forgiveness, the quite unrealistic concept of forgiving and forgetting and the reason people find it difficult to forgive. You're going to love this.
