I Struggle too (Short and Serious)

Like... It's not that I struggle... It's more that I don't let myself... "NOT" struggle I occasionally kick back and think about ways I can relax, but doing that... It just doesn't help.  Pretty much at this point nothing helps.  I look at people all the time and see them smiling, of course... I smile a whole dang lot, but what if it's my anxiety Thats causing me to feel like I don't need to smile.  Man look... I'm 15 and yet my brain is already fried from things I cannot comprehend I stop... And I can take breaths when too stressed sometimes. We all can Now the real question is "does it help" heck no... It makes things worse, of course maybe for you guys it does... But to me... I just can't.
