* Is the הללמ"ס that said that there is an איסור ערלה in חו"ל, a standalone halacha, or is it an explanation about the parameters of the פרשת ערלה and really is included in the torah with all the ramifications that come along with that? * Is the איסור ערלה בחו"ל an אסור גברא or is it an איסור חפצא ? * The gemara says that the היתר of ספק ערלה בחו"ל allows you to give ודאי ערלה to your friend, and it is completely מותר for him to eat as long as he doesn’t know of the issur. How can this be considered a ספק, when it is אפשר לברורי בקל? Enjoy!!
