On The Mend

I can finally fit back into my shorts after cutting out bread for just 4 days and learned very quickly that I can not out-exercise a terrible diet. I was slightly under the weather this week and it made me realize my diet has been awful. I decided to cut out brie cheese, mozzarella and switched back over to boiled chicken and spring salad.
