Accountability

I take full accountability throughout all my decision making. It even goes beyond that. I take full responsibility for my actions as well. I owe no one as well as them not only me anything as well. I sleep great at night knowing that I am my full responsibility and no one has the ability to taint that. May this episode be the voice of reason and regards of you taking full accountability within your well-being. Do not allow the palm of your hands to be in anyone else's. Treat your life against the precious thing to ever exist within this lifetime. Don't take nothing for granted not even yourself. Be all that you are destined to be. It is all within a good feeling that you chase. Let not your life be in vain. Be the grain that stands strong through it all.

Artist Management

There are rules of Artist Management. The first rule should be, be your first clientele. It doesn't even have to be with an artist management. It can be within any line of business that you partake in / build. Don't put your eggs in one basket. It's extremely important to multiply your streams. If you truly want to make ends meet make sure that everything is meeting and aligning with you within the beginning. No one can fire you when you are the one that hired you. The only thing a person can do is remove themselves from your services. The cut off will forever be within their hands. As long as you are your forever clientele, you never go without motion. These are just a few things I've learned with being an artist manager within this short of time being. It'll be a year November 8th 2024. I'm already seeing the blueprint. I'm forever a student in this. May this episode encourage managers of any sort to learn the business before you get in it or as you're in it, remain a student.

Narcissistic vs Narcissist

There's clearly a differentiation between a narcissist in someone who is narcissistic. A narcissist is the embodiment of A dysfunctional egotistic being. It can often be misconstrued as someone who appears to be narcissistic. The one who appears to be narcissistic is someone who carries the trait of narcissism. The fine line between the two is the opportunist which is the one that is operating from a narcissistic standpoint. The other one is the embodiment of a disorderly lifestyle which is the viewpoint of a narcissist. My goal is to articulate the difference between the two in order to spread awareness of narcissism rather than the confusion that most have displayed throughout social media.

The Side Effects Of Having No Support System

The side effects of having no support system is realizing that you are the root of your support system all alone. You set the time for how you want to be treated. You also set the tone with how you show up for yourself. You can't expect others to show up for you where you don't show up for you at. It is completely bongers to feel entitled for others to love you in a ways that you don't even see fit to love yourself. I've learned this through the many lessons I have come across within this lifetime of mine. Through it all I stand tall because through it all I am the root of my foundation. If I know nothing else, I've learned the support starts from within. May this episode be the fuel one needs to get started on yourself healing journey.

Outweigh The Circumstance

At a certain point in my life I had to realize that I had to start outweighing the circumstances I face on a day to day basis. Instead of giving up on the problem I face the problem that leads me to my solution. It took me to go through just the amount of pain I need to go through for me to awaken to the fact that sometimes and most times the solutions are usually in the problem. The answers that I seek are usually in the questions that I asked. The questions that I asked are usually the answers that I'm not willing to face. When I'm not willing to face a problem it's due to the fact I wasn't ready to embrace the possible solution. As I'm mature I realize that mostly everything I face goes hand in hand with everything I have yet to face. May this episode be the enlightenment to you as it was to me.
