Meghana studied computer science in India and followed the footsteps of many other engineers in the family, however she realized in her junior year that maybe this proven path isn't for her. She turned down the offer she received for a cushiony engineering role upon graduation and started a self-discovery journey that led her on a very different path. From Montreal to Boston

The first job took the newly wed Francine to move to a new city and a new country, away from her family but surrounded by a lot of supportive fellow friends from McGill. Then when she moved back to Canada after 5 years, she was the only remote employee in the group (way before Covid made remote work acceptable) and it was also when she was expecting her first baby.
