EP5 - Turning negative to possitive takes times

How do we handle something negative?  What do you do if your manage is accusing of something that is not true?  What is the right thing for the manager to do in that situation? Here are my 2 cents.

VMware no longer has the free esxi that many loved.  Since Broadcom took over, many things have changed for the worse.   The Cusomter Support Portal is a pain to use and no providing any useful info.   What used to be free for home labs is no longer available.   On to alternatives...
