For BCWSA's 50th Anniversary, we're shining a light on the key figures, moments and programs that have shaped our history. Our first episode of this series features two extraordinary leaders and great friends in Kathy Newman and Laurel Crosby. The dynamic duo join Nate to discuss the 50th Anniversary Project, their intersecting journeys and friendship through sport as well as some fun anecdotes from the past and of course their hopes for the future of Canadian parasport! Kathy and Laurel have dedicated more than 40 years to advancing parasport in BC, Canada and around the world and we're incredibly lucky and thankful for all of their skills, knowledge and passion that they share.
