Vacation's over folks! Time to get on up and do whatever the fuck it is you've been telling yourself you'll do someday. Cuz someday is TODAY. This week on the podcast I rambled my face off trying to tell you the ONE thing I'm working on that's helping me reboot and get back on the train. Not sure which train yet, but we're moving FORWARD and that's all that matters. In this episode I'm sharing a lil exercise I do (pretty frequently) to help me start taking action when I really just don't fucking feel like it.
