Becca also serves on the Leadership Council for the Bridging Movement Collaborative, where she leads training and place-based efforts, and contributes to national initiatives like Citizen University’s Civic Collaboratory and the National Week of Conversation. Through this work, she brings a broad, on-the-ground perspective to what it takes to bridge divides across the country. Deeply committed to collaboration, Becca supports collective impact efforts at the city, state, and national levels. She believes that shifting social and cultural norms toward respect and connection is essential to addressing isolation, toxic polarization, and violence.
