Hello, my lovelies. Today's podcast episode is going a bit deeper. We are talking about Panic Attacks and I will be opening up on my first severe panic attack last week...don't worry, I am ok. But I wanted to be open and honest on how it all went down and what I am doing to help improve my anxiety. I do discuss details so please if you are suffering with severe anxiety or panic disorder be cautious on listening. But I do hope that if you are struggling or if having trouble with mental health it inspires you to seek help, or talk with someone. YOU MATTER. Mental Health Matters. It is hard to open up at times but I felt this was needed not only for you but for me. I talk of how I am starting my journey with therapy as well.
