Adds lots of nutrients, and fiber! 📌 Two of my favorite recipes: 🍍 Green Smoothie (2 servings) * 1/2 cup water * 1/2 cup baby spinach * 1/2 cup kale 1 banana (small to medium size) * 1/3 cup fresh pineapple * Handful of ice cubes Optional: Splash of raw honey if you want a little extra sweetness (like Jim 😁) Optional: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hempseed, chia seeds or flaxseed for protein boost. Blend until smooth and serve immediately. 🍓 Berry Smoothie (2 servings) * 1/2 cup milk * 1 5.3 oz container plain Greek yogurt * 1 cup baby spinach 1/2 cup frozen strawberries * 1/4 cup frozen blueberries * 1 ripe banana * Handful of ice cubes Optional: Splash of raw honey if you want a little extra sweetness (like Jim 😁) Optional: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hempseed, chia seeds or flaxseed for protein boost. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
