AN is suffering from the altitude in Aspen Colorado while Nathan is taking Ls from getting yeezy's but they still found time to talk about the Tour de France. On this episode they catch up on life, briefly recap the Giro and finally do a preview on the Tour de France discussing the GC favorites, and sprinters.

In the final chapter of the Everest Trilogy AN chats with Nathan on his Everest Challenge with Matt Cooper who also joins in on the discussion. They reminisce on the good times they had and discuss about their preparation into this challenge from the recon rides, equipment choice, and nutrition.
