In this episode I interview Stacey; Stacey shares her two birth experiences and what it was like for her falling pregnant with her first when she had previously been told she would be unable to conceive. Stacey speaks to how her two birth experiences were vastly different, even though they were both unplanned c-sections. We talk about post partum anxiety and how Stacey found balance after birthing her second child.
