The power in Vulnerability

In this episode I talk to Sarah Sproule who is a sexuality educator. She talks about how we can have difficult conversations with out children and even just how to approach difficult conversations with those we love. Sarah has a very kind heart, she was so honest and vulnerable in this episode and this allows others space to be honest and vulnerable also. Revolution Period

In this episode I talk to Colette who is a yoga teacher and was involved in a movement within Ireland called revolution period. It was such a fun and interesting conversation. We talked about many topics within this topic and how we need to stop shaming our bodies for their natural functions. Won't someone please think of the children!!! Happy 420

In this episode, I talk to Allie who wrote Walter and the Magical Seed. Walter is a wizard on a mission to help spread awareness around the cannabis plant and its effects on children suffering from multiple seizures.  It was a wonderful chat with Allie, who is just an all-around lovely person with an amazing vision. Our children need to be educated better than we were. We need to stop spreading the lies about Cannabis and have mature honest conversations with our children. In this week's episode, I talk to the man behind The Irish Grow Experience. Why he created the page and why it means so much to him. We hear about the experience of growing up in areas where the Gardai bully, harass, and profile people and how they are using prohibition to carry this out and punish innocent people and families.  We also hear stories from women including myself, on the topic of how prohibition makes it even less safe for a woman to buy weed and what that can also lead to. We also hear from a lot of women as to why weed is so important to them. It has helped so many women in their life with pain, depression anxiety, PTSD.
