LONG TIME NO SEE!!!!! This week - we wanted to remind everyone that it is okay to not feel okay. But what isnt okay is ignoring those feelings or pretending like they dont exist. Zach, AK, and Chase have each had their own personal experiences with depression, anxiety, or a variety of mental health troubles. This was the opportunity for us to discuss them openly and give each of you the comfort of knowing you arent alone in feeling this way sometimes.
