Black Mental Health Matters

May was mental health awareness month a subject that still seems taboo in many Black homes. Listen as Miché sits with licensed Therapist Erica Taylor to discuss the importance of mental wellness, their own strategies to staying mentally healthy, interventions for people, and their "Why" for being mental health advocates. In celebration of Women's History Month, this episode Miché sits down with Dr. Jeff M.D., M.S. a conscientious, concierge medical doctor, researcher, and entrepreneur with over 19 years of experience in various scientific disciplines and 7 years of extensive medical training to discuss the importance of protecting the Black woman and what that looks like through the eyes of the Black man. Dr. Jeff gives tips on how Black men can support the sisters in pregnancy as well as an intense convo with Miché about what's happening with Black men and Black women dating.
